At checkout, choose to pay online with Bravo. Bravo sends a one-time code to the phone number you registered with on Zoulna, and entering it moves the amount from your Bravo wallet into your Zoulna wallet, which then pays for your order straight away. If the order does not go through for any reason, the amount stays in your Zoulna wallet for you to use on another order. You need an active Bravo wallet on the same number you registered with on Zoulna, and you can also top up your Zoulna wallet from the wallet page at any time.
Yes. Paying with Bravo works from the phone number you registered with on Zoulna, which is why we never ask you to type a wallet number. Sign up with the same number that is linked to your Bravo wallet, whether you want to pay for an order or top up your Zoulna wallet, because you can only pay from the Bravo wallet linked to the number you registered with. If you signed up with a different number you will not be able to use your wallet, so contact us and we'll help you sort it out.
